FAQ —Subscription Details
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions make a beautiful, ongoing gift. Simply include the recipient’s details when signing up.

Can I skip a week if I’m away?
Our subscriptions are designed to flow continuously with the season and do not include skips. If you are away during a scheduled delivery, we warmly encourage gifting your arrangement to a local friend, neighbour, or family member — a beautiful way to share the season.

Can I pause my subscription?
We do not offer pauses. Our program is limited and season-led, and each subscription space is reserved for the duration of the season.

Can I cancel my subscription?
No. Once a subscription has been purchased, it cannot be cancelled. All subscriptions are final and non-refundable, as we work with limited quantities to ensure the quality and freshness of our flowers. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I change my pickup or delivery preference?
Changes may be accommodated with one week notice. While we cannot guarantee adjustments due to route planning and capacity, we will always do our best to accommodate when possible.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Subscriptions are paid in full at the time of purchase. For your convenience, we accept e-transfer, cash, or credit card.

Are the arrangements always the same?
Never. Each arrangement is designed using what is most beautiful in the field that week. No two deliveries are ever the same.

What if weather affects availability?
Our subscription follows the natural growing season. In rare cases of extreme weather, we may adjust designs or timing to ensure quality.
​
Is there a minimum commitment?
Our subscriptions are designed as a full-season commitment, running from April through October. If you’re interested in joining later in the season, we’re happy to accommodate and will adjust the pricing accordingly based on the remaining weeks. Due to limited capacity, full-season commitments are prioritized.
