Your Okanagan micro-wedding takes place at N1 Estate Family Farm — a private property nestled along scenic Naramata Road in Penticton. Surrounded by vineyards and orchards, our family estate offers breathtaking views, romantic photo spots, and complete privacy for your celebration. With six hours of exclusive venue access, you’ll have time to enjoy every moment.
The farm features a variety of romantic backdrops, from The Garden - our dedicated celebration space - to cherry and apple orchards, a dramatic rock mountain, and a wide open field with panoramic views of Okanagan Lake. You'll also enjoy views of surrounding vineyards and our seasonal flower farm, where we grow blooms that can be incorporated into your day.

Playlist coordination is included for key moments like the processional and recessional so everything flows smoothly. All you need to do is arrive, take a deep breath, and say “I do” surrounded by the beauty of the Okanagan.

We believe that your wedding should be stress-free from start to finish. That’s why our package includes full wedding planning and day-of coordination. From timeline creation to vendor communication, every logistical detail is handled for you.
Throughout the planning process, we'll stay connected with 4 formal check-ins - an initial detailed planning questionnaire followed by dedicated check-ins at approximately 9 months, 6 months, and 3 months before your wedding to ensure everything is coming together seamlessly.
Enjoy the option of a complimentary 1-hour in-person planning tour at N1 Estate Family Farm before your wedding date to walk through details, layouts, and final touches together.
On the day of your celebration, your on-site host will be there to greet and guide your guests, keep events running on schedule, and ensure everything flows smoothly—allowing you to stay fully present and enjoy the experience without worry.

Every wedding at N1 Estate is styled to perfection with our decor collection and faux florals. Your ceremony and reception areas will be thoughtfully designed to reflect a romantic and timeless aesthetic. A custom welcome setup greets your guests on arrival, while your bouquet adds a touch of elegance.
Your bridal bouquet will be thoughtfully designed by our florist using beautiful seasonal, locally grown blooms. Preferred colour palette may be selected, while the overall design and floral selection will be created at the florist’s discretion to reflect the natural beauty of the season. Unfortunately, we do not accept custom bouquet requests.
For couples seeking an extra layer of natural beauty, fresh flower upgrades are available for ceremony and reception décor.
As an upgrade, you will also have the opportunity to elevate your Okanagan micro-wedding with the enchanting Flower Bar Experience by Mili Events Co. This interactive floral station transforms your celebration into a creative and memorable event, allowing guests to craft their own personalized bouquets. This optional upgrade includes a beautifully styled flower stand featuring 12 curated flower buckets, fresh seasonal blooms for up to 20 guests, and all necessary supplies.

The Important Bits
Your event runs from 2 PM to 8 PM, giving you plenty of time to celebrate without feeling rushed. Catering is not included and must be selected from one of our trusted local partners. If you're bringing your own alcohol, a liquor license is required. Event insurance is mandatory. On-site parking is available for three guest vehicles and we suggest for shuttle service to be arranged for your guests. We’re happy to provide vendor recommendations for catering, hair, makeup, shuttles, and more.
