Arrival & Parking

Guests arrive by driving up the N1 Estate Farm driveway to the private parking area beside rows of raspberries and hobby grapevines. From there, a short walk up the driveway leads toward a path, where views of Okanagan Lake begin to open up — creating a beautiful arrival to the venue.

The Walk to the Venue

A beautiful custom stone pathway guides guests from the parking area up to the venue, surrounded by seasonal flowers, lavender hill, and peaceful farm views. As you make your way up the path, the scenery gradually opens to breathtaking views of Okanagan Lake — creating a memorable first impression of N1 Estate.

Ceremony Space

Our ceremony space features a handcrafted wooden platform overlooking panoramic lake and vineyard views. Surrounded by nature and open skies, it creates a romantic and intimate setting for exchanging vows.

Pergola, Bar & Beverage Station

The pergola and beverage station offer a charming gathering space for guests to relax and enjoy refreshments throughout the celebration. Styled with natural wood elements and surrounded by scenic views, it blends seamlessly into the farm setting.

Cocktail Hour & Mingling Areas

Guests can wander through a variety of thoughtfully designed cocktail and mingling spaces throughout the Garden. From shaded lounge seating to cocktail tables at open viewpoints overlooking the lake, the venue encourages connection, conversation, and relaxed enjoyment.

Reception Space

Nestled beneath a large mature tree, the reception area offers a naturally beautiful setting for dinner and celebration. The combination of open skies, soft lighting, and surrounding greenery creates a warm and unforgettable atmosphere.

Our cherry orchard creates a quiet and romantic setting for first looks and private portraits. Surrounded by rows of cherry trees and seasonal blossoms or fruit, the orchard adds a peaceful and distinctly Okanagan feel to the experience.
