One of our favourite parts of an N1 Estate micro wedding is gathering everyone around a beautifully styled reception table. With an intimate guest count, every detail becomes part of the experience. Guests can enjoy meaningful conversations, beautiful surroundings, and an elegantly styled dinner beneath the Okanagan sky.
Our Signature Fresh Floral Package includes several arrangements specifically selected to enhance this experience.
Ground Meadow Arrangements - two large meadow-style floral arrangements are positioned at either end of your reception table. These garden-inspired arrangements create a soft, natural look that helps frame your long-table dinner setting.
Statement Table Centrepiece - one custom floral centrepiece, arranged in a compote of your choice, serves as a beautiful focal point for the main reception table.
Bud Vases - twenty individual bud vases featuring complementary seasonal blooms are thoughtfully arranged throughout the reception table. These smaller arrangements add layers of colour and texture while maintaining the intimate atmosphere of your dinner celebration.
Together, the statement centrepiece, meadow arrangements, and bud vases create a beautifully balanced reception tablescape.

No two couples are alike, and your wedding flowers should reflect your personalities and individual style. As part of the floral package, you will receive a personalized design experience with Bloom & Vow.
Your floral planning includes:
One initial consultation, either virtually or in person.
Professional guidance on flower selection, colour palettes, textures, and overall aesthetic.
One curated floral proposal or design summary for your approval.
One consolidated design or colour palette revision.
Coordination with N1 Estate regarding ceremony placement, reception styling, installation requirements, and setup timing.
All floral arrangements are custom-designed using seasonally available flowers. This allows Bloom & Vow to create arrangements that reflect your wedding vision while embracing the beauty of seasonal blooms.
Professional Floral Delivery, Setup & Styling
One of the biggest advantages of selecting the fresh floral enhancement is knowing that the arrangements will be professionally delivered, installed, and styled. Bloom & Vow will coordinate directly with N1 Estate to ensure your wedding flowers are placed according to the approved design.
The package includes floral delivery, ceremony and reception installation, styling adjustments, and final placement coordination with our venue team.
The standard service allowance includes up to four hours for a two-person team to complete the agreed delivery, setup, and styling. This means one less thing for you to coordinate as you prepare for your celebration.
Additional Floral Enhancements
Want to add even more beautiful floral details? Bloom & Vow can also provide additional floral and styling enhancements, subject to availability and an additional quote.
Options may include bridesmaid bouquets, additional boutonnieres, fresh florals for the welcome sign, seating-chart arrangements, fresh flowers for your wedding cake, cake-table styling, or premium seasonal blooms.
These enhancements allow couples to personalize their floral experience beyond the Signature Fresh Floral Package.
